The Nursing and Allied Health Sciences Building offers state-of-the-art technology to successfully prepare its students and graduates for the future.
A goal of Gordon State College, to serve the broader community and region by developing academic programs and producing strong, equipped leaders, is grounded by the new, innovative health sciences building, supporting the development of skilled health care professionals. The building offers adult and pediatric simulation labs, fully equipped with patient rooms, dissection benches and preparation rooms, with a 2,600-SF collaborative learning center, classroom space and two tiered lecture halls to accommodate the diverse ways in which instructors educate students.
Noteworthy: Through rigorous programmatic exercises, CCCA worked with Gordon State College to develop lab classrooms that accurately simulate professional clinical and healthcare centers.
