The 1.8-acre complex includes a state of the art conference center with 248 guestrooms and suites, a 27-unit intown lifestyle condominium, office space, below grade parking and square feet of street level retail. The conference center is the 2008 Paragon Award Winner presented by Corporate Meetings & Incentives Magazine as one of the Top 10 Conference Centers in the US. The 25,000 square feet of purposely designed conferenceenvironment includes a 7,400 square foot Grand Ballroom and a 2,000 square foot Junior Ballroom, 21 conference rooms and 11 breakout rooms.
