Eric D. Richardson, AIA, LEED AP | Principal

Eric graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in 1983 and gained solid experience in the architectural profession before joining CCCA in 1998.  He was named a principal of the firm in 2001.  Having a keen sense for architecture and project management, Eric’s skills are valued in such project types as college and university, public and private K-12 educational, convention centers, museums and galleries, recreation, religious, retail and commercial projects.
