Central Presbyterian Church Renovation

Central Presbyterian Church

Religious Atlanta, GA  |  2,000 sf

Founded in 1858, Central Presbyterian Church in downtown Atlanta continues to play an indispensable and remarkable role in the lives of its congregants and surrounding urban community.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Central Presbyterian’s 1885 campus buildings required significant upgrades. Improvements including Chapel Narthex renovation, main entrance renovation and new elevator were designed in a historically appropriate manner to complement the church’s existing historic architectural detailing.

Noteworthy: Project goals included providing ADA accessibility and replacement of 1960’s main entrance doors to complement the existing 1885 structure.
