East Campus Village Master Plan - Athens, Georgia

To effectively plan for the new housing, this project included development of a master plan for the University of Georgia’s entire East Precinct, the proposed development of outdoor “green” spaces, future housing, parking and a dining hall. East campus housing represents the University’s first new housing project of their 10-year expansion initiative. Designed to form “living/learning” communities, the project includes private bedroom suites with staff apartments, meeting spaces and laundry. This project was completed in association with Niles Bolton Architects.
